Starting from the 5th of April, 2019, we offer a discount for re-orders of vector files.

If you would like to re-order a file exactly the same, and in the same material as it was ordered previously, we can save time on our end and pass the saving onto you.

This is because as part of our quoting process, we prepare file/s to be completely ‘laser ready’ (named and formatting ready to ‘print’ on the material requested).

Here’s all the details about doing a re-order:

• A $5 discount is available for re-orders.
• Re-orders are available if the original order/s was placed past the 5th of April, 2019.
• Must be referenced as a re-order when submitting for a quote, including providing the file name and the previous order number.
• Can be for individual files from a previous order with more than one file.
• Reorders are still subject to our minimum order value – $30 (ex GST) per file/material.
• We’re looking at developing a modified re-order discount structure in the future (no ETA).
